J Robert is led by Jeff Symenuk. Jeff, with a background in carpentry and an eye for detail, has been swinging a hammer since a young age. His passion for craftsmanship in his teenage years, inspired by his father, led him into summer jobs building decks and garages at the lake, and taking on commissions for his high school teachers, staying after school in shop building dining room tables and living room sets. After moving to Calgary and spending a decade in the customer service industry while taking on projects for friends and colleagues, he decided to start his own business, based on the quality of both craftsmanship and client care he had come to learn throughout his years.
